Season Portfolio

Projects
That Matter

This season, Enactus E-JUST took a rigorous, research-first approach — generating multiple project ideas through the Science Hub, selecting the strongest, and preparing for real deployment in Dumiat.

From Research
to Reality

Our main project this season was born from a season-long research process by the Science Hub Committee. From summer through to the second term, the team generated 6 to 7 validated project ideas before selecting the strongest candidate through a strict elimination process.

With the idea selected, we moved into prototyping — visiting industrial facilities, conducting field visits, and refining our design through multiple iterations.

Following a full internal audit conducted alongside Enactus Egypt, the project is now ready for official deployment on the ground in Dumiat, Egypt.

Project Roadmap
Phase 01
Research & Ideation

The Science Hub Committee dedicated the entire first season to comprehensive research. Weekly sessions built research capabilities from scratch, generating 6 to 7 viable project ideas through team-wide contribution.

Completed
Phase 02
Idea Validation & Selection

A rigorous elimination process was applied across all generated ideas. The most feasible, impactful, and scalable solution was selected as the primary project for implementation.

Completed
Phase 03
Workshop Collaboration

Partnership with Dragon Team and internal workshop series built the business modeling, AI, and leadership competencies needed to design and execute the project effectively.

Completed
Phase 04
Prototyping & Field Visits

The team successfully designed the final product prototypes. To ensure ideal shape and functionality, numerous workshops and industrial facilities were visited across Egypt.

Completed
Phase 05
Internal Audit

A comprehensive internal audit was conducted with Enactus Egypt to maintain transparency and ensure high quality. All processes and steps taken to complete the project were reviewed for feasibility and effectiveness.

Completed
Phase 06
Ground Deployment — Dumiat

The team is now preparing to officially implement the finalized product on the ground in Dumiat — bringing our season-long research, design, and validation work into real community impact.

Environmental Initiative: Plastic Pool Event

Demonstrating our commitment to environmental sustainability beyond our main project, the team organized a campus-wide community event.

ObjectiveTo mobilize the student body in a collective effort to collect plastic bottles and raise awareness about recycling.
ActivitiesThe event featured various interactive elements and activities designed to make sustainability engaging and accessible to all students.
OutcomeThe initiative was a resounding success, effectively combining fun with social responsibility. It engaged a large number of students and highlighted the importance of environmental stewardship.
Why It Matters

At Enactus E-JUST, impact is not limited to our main project. We act on environmental and social responsibility wherever we see opportunity — building a culture of action across the entire team and inspiring the wider university community to engage with sustainability.
